Dr Palmer was very informative with my questions pertaining to a future knee replacement. His assistant, Serenity was also very good letting me know the pre and after surgery procedures. They even have me taking 2 pre surgery physical therapies to learn stretching and strengthening which will aid in my complete recovery

Absolutely the best, very respectful and courtesy. They take the and ask questions about what is going on with your problems. Did more on my first visit than the other doctors did in five months. Highly recommend this group.

The facility was clean and easy to find. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. I had a very, very short wait and got back to the examination room within just a few moments of being checked in and then just a few moments later was already being seen by the doctor and his assistant. Needless to say, the outcome was everything I hoped it would be. I would recommend Dr. Palmer to any and all of my family and friends.

The office staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Palmer put me at ease and explained the xray results. I would recommend him and the practice.

Dr. Palmer was very attentive and thorough regarding my hip, which needs to be replaced. He gave me all my options and told me to call if I need him in the future. Very happy with my appointment.

I have been treated by Dr. Palmer for several years now. His care, concern and knowledge of orthopedic issues make him the total physician package. I trust him totally. He is always kind, attentive and the best surgeon anyone could ask for. He recently performed a total knee replacement for me. My surgery went beautifully, full recovery, and he has given me my left knee mobility back. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer, an excellent and skilled surgeon!

From the moment I walked in, all of the assistants were polite and professional. Dr. Palmer thoroughly explained my condition along with the steps I should take to address it.

I met with Dr. Palmer at Signature Orthopedic to discuss my knee pain. I was very interested in the robotic replacement with reduced recovery time. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions. I was very happy with my decision and feel safe in his care. I’m scheduled for replacement and can’t wait to recover.

My sister and my mom have been patients for knee issues with Dr. Palmer and he’s been outstanding! I overheard our pre op nurse this morning during intake (Kaleb-who was so sweet) say good morning to him and Dr. Palmer made sure he came over to Kaleb to say good morning and that he appreciated Kaleb and Kaleb’s response to us was “that Dr is so awesome, he’s the best of the best, everyone loves him” that speaks volumes to me as a nurse’s daughter.

If anyone is looking for a good orthopedic surgeon I would highly recommend Dr Palmer at signature orthopedic. He has a very caring and compassionate surgeon. I had hip replacement surgery and he did a fantastic job he came and checked up on me while I was in the hospital and is continued to see me for knee injections because that will be my next surgery. I had to go to physical therapy after surgery and their physical therapists had their own little office right there at his office and they were fantastic in there they were all very friendly. Everyone in this facility that I have met so far has been very nice and very helpful. I am being referred to another doctor in that building for injections in my sciatic area and my lower back and I am looking forward to meeting my new doctor there

I'm a 74 yr old female and was very skeptical about getting my knee replaced. Now I wish I had done it sooner. In just 2 weeks post surgery, I'm progressing better than expected. Dr Palmer performed the surgery with the Robotic Arm and I highly recommend this approach than any older surgical technique. I'm hoping to be back to normal in a mere 6-8 weeks.

My husband and I are receiving treatment from Dr Palmer and staff at both locations. My husband is having shoulder replacement, and I just had knee surgery for 2 meniscus tears and Cleaned out some arthritis . Dr Palmer and staff have worked Around our schedule to make this all happen. Dr. Palmer dose a great job explaining But most of all we love his drawings 😀 The only thing I did not like was the darn mask I could not see their faces or their great smiles. Greeted right away, seen “before” my appointment time (that never happens)! Everyone was friendly. Doctor Palmer was thorough and concise. Had been referred by family to go to Signature and glad I did!

I have done a lot of reviews for Dr Palmer. I have been with doctor Palmer for going on 4 years and 5 surgeries later and one more to go on my hands. So I will keep this short. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. I trust this man with any thing I got going on. He is probably the best doctor I have ever had. And also to point out some of his staff . I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Dr. Palmer and his staff. So far the surgery and recovery on my right knee has been excellent. There has been little to no pain and the rehabilitation is going better than expected. Dr. Palmer explained in terms I could understand what he had to do, and took all my questions seriously and without making me feel rushed like some Dr's out there. His staff has also been fantastic, they have helped me out in so many different ways, they're just amazing. Thank you.

Dr Palmer and his staff were very patient and "down-to-earth" in explaining my pending knee replacement. They took time to not only answer my questions, but explained things that I didn't think of. I am glad I chose Signature Orthopedics.

I am sorry I have forgotten all their names but I do remember Mike the anesthesiologist and his female partner, and my nurse that got me together to go home. From the initial phone call to when I left the office everyone was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Short wait in the waiting room. Doctor Palmer spent a lot of time with me. I left with my appointments set for surgery and follow up. I would highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received at Signature Orthopedics and Dr Palmer. He is incredibly gifted, very knowledgeable, direct, and honest. From my surgery (November 2022) to my first cortisone shots yesterday, such a relief. Walking pain free. Fantastic staff all the way around. Highly recommend them. I was extremely pleased with Dr Palmer and his entire team beginning with the receptionist, nurse, Nurse Practitioner, x-ray tech! Everyone was very professional and pleasant with great personalities and people skills!

Dr. Palmer performed a Mako Robotic hip replacement on my right hip 18 months ago, and it changed my life! I am so grateful to him and his staff. I am no longer in pain, no longer limping or using a cane. I am able to hike and speed walk without any issues. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness as well as that his staff. He was kind listening with his patience. I don't like the nurse giving me cortisone shots. First shot she sprayed numb and 2nd shot worse. She didn't spray more enough to numb. It was hurt when put needle on my skin. I don't think I want her again with shots.

I have had to go to this doctors office twice in the last few years and each time i get excellent service and everyone is very nice!!!

From walking in and checking in at the front desk to the nurse calling me back to a room to getting a-rays to Dr. Palmer coming in to talk and examine, everyone and everything was AMAZING!! The entire staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. I am a repeat patient as is my husband and a number of friends who have had a need. Completely satisfied!

The whole staff was amazing. Very smooth easy process Dr.palmer took his time to explain everything and go over all the treatments, and everything that possibly needs to be done. I did not feel rushed at all. Definitely the best orthopedic surgeon. Brook his nurse was amazing. Answered all my questions and went over everything with me even scheduled my MRI definitely 10 out of 10 recommendation.

Great experience! Dr Palmer and his team were warm, friendly, and professional all at the same time. They showed great concern for me and what I have going on. They all asked questions and listened to my answers which is a big plus for me. Dr. Palmer explained things to me so that I understood the plan for my care. Dr Palmer is the best. I met him at St Clair when I worked there. He did my knee vreplacement five years ago and I haven't had any problems with it at all.
